Wow, I just checked out that free host. It looks pretty amazing! They seem to offer so much for free.. and no adverts, it's crazy!
I personally have not had any experience with HostMonster.com but I have been in the hosting biz for quite some time and while they look like they are cheap and offer the world, they usually don’t. These hosts have very tight TOS. I would highly recommend reading it before jumping ship especially with a proxy site. Many hosting companies nowadays do not allow these sites due to the fraudsters that they potentially assist.
