At the current moment I dont use Adsense but have recently applied for it. I was wondering if I am allowed to apply for Adsense on a website that I have bought off another person?

Is this fine? I have bought a proxy website (that already has adsense) and want to put my OWN adsense on it. Do I apply for an Account through that website or should i apply through another and then add the site later?
