There is lots of software that claim downloading from rapidshare without primium account and all of them no good .. Some of them download at very low speed and in the end you will find that the file is corropted
Now you can download using the rapidleech script , the idea is that this script will get the file from rapidshare servers to the server where the script is installed . This prosses usually very fast ( according the server speed ) and from that server you can download the file to your pc using your download manager .
In the same time you can send the downloaded file to your email too . Just Google for rapidleech and you will find lots of scripts installed and ready to use

I have used some of these so called "Premium Downloaders" and none of them worked, but websites with Rapidleech really work in bypassing all the time/bandwidth limits.
