They pay you to just upload and share your files , the rates are very high and more than other programs like this one , they pay 5$ for every 1000 download of your files but the problem is they don't accept international uploads , just from Russia and usa .
They pay every month through paypal at minimum 40$

Sounds interesting but too bad I can't join because I am not from USA or Russia. Anyway, do you have any other programs in mind where I can join which are open to international members? Thanks in advance.

You don't have to be in usa or Russia , you can upload your files to the host and you will get points that redeem for cash for downloads from usa and russia .
This program accepts all webmasters from and country .
But any way if you want another program that accept international traffic you can go to easy-share.com
They pay 1$ per 1000 unique download
